Maintaining your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

job site/worksite

provide tax invoices
contact you with questions
provide accurate estimates for services
correspond relating to projects
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide an email address, we'll be unable to invoice or communicate electronically.

Consistent with the Privacy Act and workplace ethos, we only collect personal data from you that applies to the work being conducted, is necessary for health and safety or assists in our ability to pay you. We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

phone number

IRD number
bank account details
tax rate (if applicable)
employer deductions that are required
proof of eligibility to work in New Zealand
We may require evidence of your qualifications or reference checks. Hours that you work are self-reported and recorded in a password protected project management software. Any personal information is kept confidential to one staff member and stored electronically in a password protected file. This information is destroyed upon completion of the contract and is not retained on file or shared.
